In Switzerland, the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) protects the privacy and the fundamental rights of natural and legal persons when their data are processed.

Golden Suisse is not a bank or a financial intermediary as defined under Swiss law and is therefore not subject to the statutory disclosure and reporting obligations that apply specifically to banks and financial intermediaries under the Banking Act and the AML Act.
